4.3 Withdrawal Terms

All wagering requirements for any active bonuses must be met before submitting a withdrawal request. Large withdrawals may be held if account verification (KYC) has not been completed. Withdrawing via the same method used for the original deposit is the safe and recommended approach.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time — a new bonus will not become active until the wagering on the current bonus is completed. gk333 may set a maximum bet amount when playing with bonus funds. If unusual betting patterns or bonus abuse are detected, the bonus may be cancelled.

A bonus is never converted directly into cash — it only becomes withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met. Bonuses should not be treated as "free" money.

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may submit a request to gk333's support team. It is advisable to complete all valid withdrawals before the account is closed.
